Fromaggio takes the technology from advanced factory machines and combines it with the artisanal aspect and convenience of home cheesemaking. Fromaggio makes almost any type of soft or hard cheese (and healthy yogurts too!) — cream cheese, chevre, ricotta, cottage, mozzarella, parmesan, camembert, comté, cheddar, bleu, colby, provolone, keffir, kosher, lactose-free, or even vegan cheese. You can also make tofu or cook other foods by using it as a sous vide!

With fromaggio, you can create your own unique cheese recipes and save or share them in the app. It can take as little as 30 minutes to make fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, or up to 48 hours for more complex hard cheeses. Users can remove the cheese and then age them if they desire.

An LCD touch screen display walks you through a few easy steps, and then fromaggio does the rest. Fromaggio also connects to a mobile app, via Bluetooth connectivity, where you can control the machine, read instructions, order ingredients, customize and share recipes, and more.

Fromaggio has detachable heads that feature different size cutters, and even a press, to help create your perfect cheese. Additionally, fromaggio has a removable whey container. Whey is a healthy byproduct of cheesemaking that has many uses, from making ricotta cheese, to fertilizing your garden to preparing a protein shake.

With a removable, dishwasher-safe drainer, various size detachable curd cutters, and a press, fromaggio is extremely easy to sanitize, maintain and re-use.

Mesophilic cultures can make a variety of moderate temperature, hard cheeses including cheddar, colby, gouda, monterey jack, muenster, blue, and stilton. It can also make a variety of semi-ripened and fresh cheese including camembert, brie, gouda, edam, blue, feta, and havarti.

Thermophilic cultures can make a variety of high temperature cheeses including mozzarella, provolone, swiss, romano, gruyere, and parmesan.
